Traineeships with Australian College

What is a Traineeship?

Traineeships are similar to Apprenticeships except they focus on more vocational areas such as Information Technology, Early Childhood and Business.

Becoming a Trainee

To be a trainee you must be at least 14 years and 9 months old of age and do not require any entry qualifications.

How long does it take?

A traineeship lasts one to two years. You'll learn, work and earn and when you successfully complete you will receive a Certificate II, III, IV or Diploma qualification. You must meet citizenship and residency status requirements

Australian College has Traineeships available where as a new-entrant trainee you may be eligible for a government subsidy, even if you already have a Certificate IV or higher qualification in the following areas.
