Welcome to Michele’s world of training and assessment, business administration and computers!

Michele Hargrove is an experienced trainer and assessor across a range of vocational disciplines. With over eight years practical application in fields, such as training and assessment, general education, business administration and computing, sales and marketing, and technical writing Michele has acquired a level of expertise that makes her one of the best in the business.

Through the years her roles have included Business Manager, Trainer and Assessor (Business Administration and Information Technology), Training Manager (Flexible Learning), Sales and Marketing Manager, and Deputy Principal for a Sydney college.

“I have a passion for working in education and training,” says Michele. “It is incredibly rewarding to be able to contribute to someone’s learning and achievements.”

Michele has substantial experience teaching students from complete beginners to those with some experience, all the way to advanced students.

“I love tutoring students and sharing with them the skills and knowledge I have gained over the years. Breaking into any new field or industry can be challenging for many people. However, I find that students undertaking an ACQ Course gain that little bit extra that makes them highly desirable in the workplace—perhaps it’s the high level of service and tutor support the College provides.”

Michele is highly qualified with a wealth of qualifications, including a Master of Education, Graduate Certificate in Education Studies (Higher Education), Diploma of Training & Assessment Systems, Certifice IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, Certificate IV in Business (Office Administration), Certificate III in Frontline Management, Certificate IV in PC Support, and Certificate III Information Technology. In addition, Michele is currently studying a Master of Education.
