Learning Method: Correspondence with online support

You need a BSZ qualification and experience to undertake this course. You will also need the willingness to learn and the desire to succeed.

• 18 years of age or over
• a suitable environment to conduct training and assessment
• a good command of written English
• access to a standard computer with word processing and an Internet connection (dialup or broadband)
• standard computer skills
• as little as an hour a week to learn
• you will be required to submit a certified copy of your BSZ qualification. If your qualification is over 2 years old you will need to submit evidence of how you have kept your skills current.
