| Entry Requirements |

As
well as the prerequisites you will need to have in order to undertake
this course, you will also need to have the willingness to learn
and the desire to succeed.
- Counselling
Skills I or equivalent is a prerequisite to this course
- access
to a standard computer and Internet connection is an advantage
for researching and submitting assignments but is not compulsory
- participation
in a telephone counselling role play session with your tutor is
required with this course
- as
little as an hour a week to learn
The
personal attributes you will need to have include:
- an
interest in counselling
- a
desire to understand behaviour and to work with people
- a
good command of written English
- a
willingness to learn and the desire to succeed
