Once you have achieved this you can choose to undertake further learning if your wish, anywhere across the country; because your national qualification will be recognised by all other training organisations as well as industry.

This course meets the Australian Taxation Office's (ATO) requirements under the new draft legislation for BAS Service Providers (BSP). Keep in mind that this legislation has not been released yet and there might be changes to the requirements. It is expected to be released in October 2008 but this might be delayed. The information now provided on the ATO website relates to the current legislation; not the new BSP legislation, which is still in draft form and so has not been released.
